Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Ritthiki Studios currently accepts orders for delivery to addresses in the United States. Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout.

Processing time

Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Processing can take longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier operations, weather, and address issues can affect transit time.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is $5.95 on orders below $50. Standard shipping is free on eligible orders of $50 or more before tax and after discounts. Checkout shows the final shipping charge before payment.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the shipping confirmation email includes carrier details. You can also sign in to My Account or visit Track Order.

Address accuracy

Please review the shipping address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; a change may not be possible after dispatch.

Delayed, lost, or damaged parcels

If tracking stops updating or a parcel arrives damaged, contact contact@ritthikistudios.com with your order number and relevant photos. We will review the order and carrier information.
